HOW TO ORDER

Ordering products on the website:

  1. step – orientation in the catalogue and product selection

The www.gelavit.sk e-shop offers several ways how to select the products you want to purchase. You can select you product in the upper menu named “ PRODUCTS ”. Click on the product name and the contents appears in the upper menu. The product list contains the name of the product, image, brief description, as well as availability information. By clicking on the image or product name, the brief description appears. You can filter the displayed products by using filters in the left bar.

 

You can search for the products by using the “ Search ” feature in the upper part of the screen. Enter the keyword in the box (product name or its part or other word) and press “ Enter ”. The system will display the results matching your criteria.

  1. step – putting the products in the cart
On the product site, you can see the exact product name, image (with zoom option), availability, evaluation and detailed description of the product. If you want to order it, select one of the options. Then, select the required quantity (default setting is 1) and click on “ ORDER ”.
  1. step – order cart

After putting all the required products into the cart, you can access it by clicking on the cart icon in the top right part of the screen. Then, the contents of the cart with the list of selected products appears. By clicking on the product name, you can display the detailed information of the product.

 

You can remove the products from the cart by clicking on “ X ” in the line next to the product. If you want to change the quantity of the ordered products, change the number of pieces in the “ Quantity ” column in the respective line and click on “ Update ”.

 

If you are happy with the contents of the cart and want to order the products in it, click on “ Check and Order ”. Fill in all the requested data in the order form which appears.

  1. step – customer information

Fill in the order delivery data (name, surname, street, town, country, ZIP code and phone number). In the next section, fill in your invoicing data. If you are a company, fill in the additional invoicing data (company ID No., Tax No., VAT-No. and company name). At natural persons, these data are not mandatory.

 

In the next section, select your delivery method (mail, courier service etc.).

  1. step – check and submit the order

In the last step, check your data and confirm the order by clicking on “ Complete Order ”.
